A basic waffle recipe to showcase any number of fun toppings.

Heat waffle iron. Beat eggs in large bowl with hand beater until fluffy. Beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth. Pour about 1/2 cup batter from cup or pitcher onto center of hot waffle iron. Close lid of waffle iron. Pay attention to the instructions to your waffle iron. Some say you should not use spray on it and some give an exact measurement of how much batter fits in the iron.
